Pastor Ashley & R.C. Mayer

Pastor Ashley joined the pastoral team at VantagePoint Church in June 2023 and serves as an Associate Staff Pastor, leading both Worship and Women’s Ministries. Her husband, R.C., oversees our Tech Ministry and brings creativity and excellence to every aspect of production.

Leading worship since she was 11 years old, Ashley is passionate about creating Holy Spirit–centered worship experiences that help people encounter the presence of God. She is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and studied at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA, as well as Global University.

Ashley originally from the Seattle area, and R.C. from Foresthill, they met here in Placerville and have been married almost 2 years. Together, they love exploring local trails and coffee shops with their daughter, Melody, as well as thrifting & going to the movies.
